To save you some time (though I encourage you to click on the link to see the full results of the survey), if you are 45 or over, you may as well
Interestingly, on the TODAY Show site, where I found the MORE survey, the majority of people (of which I am one) when asked "Should age be a factor in what women wear?" replied "No. Rock it if you got it," which jibes with the comments I received on my related post on this topic, titled "Can women of a certain age wear bikinis?" (All I can say is, God bless you kind readers -- and Helen Mirren.)
As for me, as long as my abs stay as flat as my chest and I can cover my butt, I'm sticking with bikinis.
Rock it if you got it!

A magazine meant to left up doing the beat down???? So disappointed.
My mother, who offered to get me liposuction for my 21st birthday, just emailed me this comment: "Believe me, you look better in a bikini now that you ever did at 16 or 26." I don't know whether to be happy or sad.
I am NEVER trading my leggings for a muumuu!
@Ange, will you be wearing your licorice all sorts costume over them? ;-)
I think it is about what makes you happy. Wear what's comfortable for you. There's no cut-off.
In general, however, I take the attitude that I may not look as good in a bikini now as I did at 20-something, but I look better now than I will in 10 years, so do it while I can. Today, I am the youngest I will ever be!
Amen @TLEC, amen.
