Bad Cat

"Oh yeah? You don't like it? Lick me." --Felix (the Cat)

You try to raise them right, get them to drink out of a bowl (even bought him a new, pretty ceramic bowl for Obamakkah.) But a cat's gotta do what a cat's gotta do.

The question I have is is did the "bad cat" turn on the faucet by himself?! Now that would be an impressive way to start off the new year!

Ah, this is cute. Just hope he doesn't get hungry and try to eat the gloves!

I say if the cat doesn't know to put the gloves on before using the sink, the resulting dry, chapped paws are punishment enough.

Where is Madge when we need her?

For the record, as soon as ANYONE turns on (or off) a faucet, Felix jumps into the sink and starts licking (occasionally using the paw method). He is also quite capable of turning on the kitchen faucet by himself as he is a GENIUS. ; )

And while he hasn't tried to eat my yellow latex gloves YET, he does have a thing for plastic (in particular bread bags).

Your first useless tidbit of the new year: cats drink with the BACKS of their tongues. The fronts are reserved for unmentionables.

That goes for dogs, too, if I am not mistaken. However, as I am not wearing a tie, I must defer to Mr. Schwartz.

Agent, agent! Where's his agent? Couldn't you tell that he was mugging for a cat's version of "Marley and Me"? (Which would have to be much better than M&M since it would star a cat of the new millenium!)

Now if you could only get Felix to help with the dishes...eew to the fun facts.

Yeah, thanks Edward. ; )

Re the dishes, that would probably entail licking them, EMM, which Felix has also been known to do. But after Edward's fun fact that has much less appeal.
