I'm off to hike the Appalachian Trail and work on my book

In my absence, my staff will be handling the blog and fielding queries and comments (as well as mice).

Please be patient if you do not receive an immediate response. The staff is very busy at present, but will eventually get to your query.

If I manage to get an Internet connection, may post this coming week. If not will be back the week of July 6, hopefully with tan lines.

I don't know, Jennifer - they look like a couple of slackers to me! We're off to Mt. Washington on Monday (the sixth)- have fun!

Wow. Those cats, especially the black ones, are gorgeous! Have fun!

P.S. I followed your link from BalloonJuice.

Apparently, I am seeing double. Your cats are gorgeous, and I am particularly drawn to the black one. However, they don't look so, um, industrious to me.

Hi, asiangrrlMN! It's actually the same two cats, in different poses. The black one is Felix, who has been featured in many blog posts, and the stripey one is Flora, the star of "How to Lint Roll a Cat" and "One of the Problems of Working at Home." : )

Thanks for stopping by!

J., yeah, my second post was an attempt to clear up my first post, but it really didn't. BOTH your cats are gorgeous, and I especially like Felix because I have a thing for black cats--most especially male black cats. Still, Flora is a serious cutie. I'll have to read the rest of your blog.
